200 grams bittersweet chocolate, cut into pieces
200 grams butter
200 grams sugar (1 cup)
4 eggs
150 g 1.25 cups all purpose flour
1.25 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
